The PawseKeys app is private by design: it collects and sends none of your data, has no account, cloud, or server. This website is different from the app and uses Google Analytics with your consent.
Data the app collects
None. The PawseKeys app (Mac, iPhone, and Apple Watch) does not collect personal data, track usage, require an account, or send any information to servers of ours or anyone else's.
Storage and access
The app runs locally on your Mac and does not access files, network, or location. It only uses the permissions required to lock and unlock the keyboard.
Cookies and Google Analytics on the website
The app uses no cookies, ads, SDKs, or trackers. This website (pawsekeys.app), however, uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how many people visit and which pages work best. That only turns on after your choice in the cookie notice shown on your first visit. We never sell data or share it with advertisers.
Your rights
Because the app collects no data, there is nothing from it to remove or export. As for the aggregate site-traffic data collected by Google Analytics, only with your consent, you can change your mind anytime by clearing your browser cookies.
